Where are elleluix products made?

We are an Australian Company committed to ethically manufacturing all our products here in Australia.

Is the range Vegan?

Our Intense Hydrating Mask & Luminous Brightening Masks are vegan friendly.

Is the range tested in animals?

No, we a strongly against animal testing and our products are proudly cruelty free.

What do you mean by clean ingredients?

We are committed to only using high quality that will also provide maximum benefit to your skin. For this reason we avoid many toxic nasties & fillers that may make your skin feel nice in the moment, although don’t actually provide any real benefit. As there is no global definition of ‘Clean’ we have selected to keep our products free from; Parabens, Silicones, PEG’s, Sulphates, Fragrances, Palm Oil, Phthalates, Animal Testing, GMO’s, Mineral Oils, Petrolatum, MEA’s, DEA’s & TEA’s, plus many others.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! We have worked hard to select eco-friendly materials throughout our complete product range.  Our sheet masks, pouches, Dermaplanners & Shipping Satchels are all bio degradable materials, for minimal impact to our environment.  

Do you guarantee results?

Individual customer experiences will vary as our skin is unique to us. Any results or reviews shown are from our Elleluix community, however results cannot be guaranteed. Individual results will vary depending on skin type, age, sensitivity, usage and combining with other products in your skincare regime.

What if I have a reaction to a product?

Elleluix is not liable for any adverse reaction to a product. Please remember to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully & follow directions for use. If you have an allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. An allergy patch test is recommended if there is any doubt or history of skin reactions. Discontinue use if a reaction occurs.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

We are so confident you will love our products, our bundles come with a money back guarantee. If you decide that after one use our products are not for you, simply send back remaining Sheet Masks, including Pouch & gift with purchase, and follow the below steps. In order to qualify for you money back guarantee please note only one mask is to be used.

To initiate a refund, please email hello@elleluix.com or via our online contact form and send us through your order details. Once confirmed, our team member will send you a RA number and confirm the mailing address. Please ensure you include this RA number in your return package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Once your order has arrived at our HQ, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. Unfortunately we cannot initiate your refund until items have been delivered to us. We highly recommend using a trackable postal service. Elleluix will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels in transit.

Please note without a RA number, refund may not be granted. If all advised items are not included in the return parcel, refund may not be granted.

Do you ship Worldwide?

Absolutely, yes we ship globally! We want to share the elleluix love with the world.

What currency is this website?

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD).

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. We are however pleased to provide a money back guarantee on our bundles. Please see our FAQ for more information.

Can I cancel or amend my order once its placed?

If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please email our customer service team at hello@elleluix.com or via our online contact form with your order number and your request. We will do our best to help, however please keep in mind we work fast to get your orders out the door, and on their way to you as soon as possible. Once orders are marked as shipped, no amendments are able to be made.

What about customs & import duties?

Please note our pricing does not include any taxes and/or duties that may be applied by authorities when your parcel is received into your country. Elleluix is not liable for any unexpected or additional local charges such as customs and/or duties. Elleluix does not have any control over such circumstances and may unfortunately lead to a delay your order's shipping time. Any customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As these are a local charge, we have no control over these. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer to be aware of; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to ship?

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Please check your inbox for order confirmation and despatch information.

We have multiple options for delivery depending on where you are located. Local and most up to date information will be displayed at checkout, or you can visit our shipping page. Please note the delivery timeframes provided are an estimate only, and due to the current pressure on postal networks, these times may vary.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please email our customer service team at hello@elleluix.com or via our online contact form with your order number and your correct address. We will do our best to help, however please keep in mind we work fast to get your orders out the door, and on their way to you as soon as possible. Once orders are marked as shipped, no amendments are able to be made.

My order is incorrect or has arrived damaged, what do I do?

We’re here to help. Please email hello@elleluix.com or via our online contact form with your order number, a short description of your concern and some images. Our customer service team will get back to you with assistance within 1 business day. 

Lost or Stolen Items

Elleluix cannot be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages once they have been despatched from our warehouse. You can reach out to our customer service team, or alternatively the shipping carrier directly if you have any concerns about your delivery.
